Dr. Aditya Reddy has successfully defended his PhD thesis entitled “Spectrocopic Investigation of Ionic Liquid Gated van der Waals Semiconductors and Heterostructures”. The committee members were Prof. Alberto Morpurgo, Prof. Christophe Renner, Dr. Christophe Berthod and Prof. Renato Gonnelli.
