Graphene project selected by the European Commission
Out of the six research projects in competition, Graphene is one of the two selected by the FET program (future and emerging technologies) of the European Commission. A total sum of one billion euros has been allotted for a ten-year period for this project.
Graphene’s mission is to take graphene and related layered materials from academic laboratories to society, revolutionize industries and create economic growth and new jobs in Europe. Five Swiss institutions are participating in this European adventure.
