Evgeniy Ponomarev succesfully defended his PhD thesis, entitled “Optoelectronic Processes in 2D Semiconductors and van der Waals Interfaces”. The members of the committee were Prof. Alberto Morpurgo, Prof. Christoph Renner, Prof. Thomas Mueller and Prof. Marek Potemski.
